1. Dr Londono and The Better Age team are committed to providing high-quality care for our elderly, which requires the appropriate contact method with the family and representatives. Please be aware that Dr Londono does not oversee his aged care patients from his clinic in Dalby – please do not call the Dalby clinic to initiate contact with Dr Londono. 2. If your loved one is still independent and able to book their own appointments then our model of care may not be the right one for them. As you can understand, it is very hard to give good medical care when different medical practitioners provide the healthcare. 3. If you have urgent concerns about your loved one’s health and well-being it is important to speak to the nursing staff on shift immediately so that the resident can be assessed in a timely manner. 4. The Better Age team will not tolerate bullying, harassment, or bad behaviour of any kind from residents, residents' family members or representatives. If this is to occur, we will no longer be able to continue caring for the resident.
